I'm very curious what the writing on this pascal's triangle says. Can anyone translate?

link

And before some smartass comments, no I don't need a translation of the numbers ;)

top says: old method

the little parts on the sides: diagonal split

pairs on either side are numbers

the stuff in the circles are numbers, basic pascal's triangle stuff, figuring out coefficients.

bottom are the numbered terms

I had to ask my uncle who is over at my house to translate it, hes an EE PhD. and he gave me a half hour lecture on the triangle. I hope you're happy.
