Just got the new Sony headset and rented Socom II. Great game, and the online mode is spectacular. I have yet to experience any significant lag, and the controls are becoming more and more familiar each game I play. I never had the chance to play the original Socom from last year.

Anyways, I was wondering if there were anyone on this board who played regularly. If so, we should get together and have some gaming sessions within the next couple of days.

I'm thinking of picking it up as well after renting it this week. It's loads of fun. Might be a couple of weeks, though, because I'm set to get Mario Kart: DD and NFS Underground when they are both released on the 17th of this month. I do have a $20 Best Buy gift card waiting in the wings though....
