Anyone here play Tac-Ops?

I've been trying to run it. I currently have the UT v436 patch and I dl'd the latest Tac-Ops beta2.1 .exe patch file. However, it doesn't create any shortcuts on my desktop or in either the system folder of UT itself or the system folder in Tac-Ops which lies in the UT folder. Does anyone know how I can get it to run?
 
Thats strange.... It did not create any shortcuts? WTF? I been playing since v1.6 and they all provided the needed shortcuts (start menu).

Anyway, funny thing is I just posted a similar question for my current TO install (I deleted the shortcut myself).

Sit tight, someone will answer us soon 🙂
