Other than monthly premiums being high, what are the advantages and disadvantages?

I use BCBS here in the Washington area. I pay $139/month for a $300 deductible, $20 co-pay. I have like a $9 million lifetime max, plan pays 90/10, and includes nice prescription benefits. My employer pays 70% of this monthly premium. For a far worse plan in GA, I was paying $206/month. I could be part of a group plan at work but it would cost like $400/month (employer would still pay 70%). All it would give me would be no deductible and no co-pay. Everything else would be similar. For a 26 year-old, I just figure I need something if the sh!t really hits the fan. I also can't get pregnant, so that lowers my monthly premium quite a bit too.
