I'm looking for a new power supply for my main system and passing down the current one to my secondary system. I narrowed it down to the Corsair RMe 1000e, Corsair RMe 1200e, Seasonic 1000w Vertex, or the Seasonic 1200w Vertex. I understand that there is a 0 RPM Fan mode in the Corsair models that I mentioned here and the fan in those ones only kicks in once it's consuming a certain wattage or temperature. How noticeable is the fan kicking in when this happens? If I'm consuming near and at the range of where the fan kicks in will the fan constantly go on and off and will it be annoying. I would hate to have a power supply that would start the fan and stop the fan constantly several times a minute while I'm gaming just inside and outside the kick-range for the power supply's fan. I do have a Founder's Edition RTX 4090 and a Ryzen 7800X3D in my main system.
