Just looking for info from owners or people familiar with owners. I know all of the risks, background, etc. so please don't post if you're just looking to badmouth people into larger cats.

I don't see many recent forum postings about Servals so I will respond to this. My serval runs free in My home day and night and even sleeps with my children. It's a lot like a dog in many ways. The only odd thing in its nature is that it does not like to be picked up and was extremely hard to litter train. But it does show affection daily rubbing against us and cuddling up on her own terms.

I would like to add that me and my wife don't work so we was able to put the required time in to the animal to get a pet this wonderful. We also live in a 5k square foot house giving her tons of room to play or have her space. I once read posts like this and almost did not purchase her. I am defiantly glad I ignored them.
