Anyone Here Own A Canon Elura 50 Mini DV Camcorder?

I'm looking for a small camcorder, I almost jumped on the Sharp VL-Z3U when it was on sale for 250 but I read all the bad reviews on it. I went to Frys Electronics to check it and the Canon Elura 50 and its seems pretty decent but I didn't get to test it much since it was tied down.

I really needed low light capabilites which has been historically bad and still unknown on the new ones. So I ended up going with the JVC myself.

I heard that the drive noise on the Elura 50 is TERRIBLE.

I myself have a Sony DCRHC-20 and I love it. Low light is pretty decent. Although I should have considered the Elura 60 when I purchased it. The ELura 60 looks like a great camera. And it's cheap at newegg too (cheaper than any store I've seen).

lots of mixed reviews on this camera. Some say it has motor noise recorded or grainy pictures in low lighting conditions others say its a great camera.
