Anyone here know much about MS Excel?

I am trying to do a VLOOKUP formula. There is a grade percentage in one box, and in the box to the left of it I need to put whether it is an "A, B, C, D, or F". I would normally just do a NESTED IF statement but the instructor wants a VLOOKUP statement and I am way lost.

Any help would be great!
