Anyone here know if you can transfer the extended warranty for XBox?

Hi,

Purchased a new Halo Xbox, If I buy the Microsoft Xbox 2 year extended warranty can it be transferred to another owner if I sell the Xbox later?

I called 1800-4MY-XBOX today 3 times and no idiot there can answer the question.
All they do is put me on hold, sounds like the center is in a very uneducated area.
The best answer I got today was an address to submit my question via US MAIL. :roll:

Yes, because an Indian in Bangalor can answer your question so much better....

You should be able to sell the warrantee. You just may have to draw up a separate bill of sale for it.
