Anyone here know anything about *Remote Starters* and *Keyless Entry*?

I want to get remote start and/or keyless entry for my car. How much do you think the hardware and labor would cost? Is it possible to do it yourself, or is it too hard/easy to mess up?

This site appears to have some decent stuff. That $60 kit is appealing... but I'm just a n00b. I'm thinking a good setup has got to cost lots more than that.

it's not difficult to do, but i put a remote start on my explorer (which already had a viper alarm) and it took me a couple hours for wire probing. After i installed it, unfortunately, i realized how cheap it was and uninstalled it shortly after.
Total install time: 3 hours
Price of remote start: $90
Labor Cost: n/a

I took my jaguar in for an alarm and remote start. I got a nice python alarm (sub-company of DEI...mfgs. viper....) with a remote start. Other than the fact that i LOVE the install shop where i took it, they did a sloppy job for some odd reason, but the alarm and remote start were in good working order.
Total install time: 2 days (the install guy told me he wanted to "familiarize himself with my jaguar more".
Price of alarm/remote start/labor: $390

I dunno what i'd choose to do again.
