Anyone here know anything about modded xbox's?

So my xbox was working just fine this morning, everything was normal. I put in my halo cd, played that for a little while, then when I restarted my xbox and went back to the mod chip dashboard, the only options I had were; "ms dashboard, reboot, power off, settings and backup". I can not access any of my apps, games, emulators, ect. anymore.

I have no idea what is going on, it was working fine and then this. Does anyone here have any experience with modding xboxs?

Weird. Looks like your config.ini (?) got messed up somehow.

ya, looks like my dashboard .ini got screwed up. Im working on tyring to install a new dashboard but thats not getting me very far. I cant figure out how to get it setup the way I uuse to have it and so far the new dasboard only points to about half of what is on my hard drive and it cant even see my games. And to top it all off, my friend who modded htis for me is in Australia for the next two weeks.
