I AM! I've coastered well over 10 DVD+Rs now. I've tried using Nero and EZCD Creator. Both don't work! It will say its burning for a few seconds and then the green status light turns on instead of the orange light that usually indicates that it's burning.

I'm pissed off! I can return it to Dell for another one but I'm worried that I'll coaster another batch of highly priced DVD+Rs!

What do I do?????????????

Anyone else having problems?

Don't have DVD+RW media to try. I've coastered well over 10 DVD+R discs though. I'm returning it to Dell today. When I get a replacement we'll find out whether or not it was defective. I can't think of any other reason it won't burn. I've tried two different software programs.
 
Sorry to hear about this problem. Might upgrade to 8X to replace my Sony DRU-500A when 8X media cost will be affordable.

What version of Nero, DVD+R media brand and at what speed are you burning the DVD+R.

Did you check to see if Burn-Proof is enabled?
