Looking at about 300W of power consumption under full system load, a bit more if you OC the 6950. No problemo

I have an Intel Core i7 2600K OC'd to 4.4GHz, 8GB of RAM, a Radeon 6870, an Intel 300GB SSD and 2 hard disks running on a Seasonic fanless 400. I've had no issues at all. As others have said, I think you'll have no problem with that supply and set up.

OP, one thing you should keep in mind is that even if you go with a hybrid fan PSU like X-650 (fan is off at idle or <20% use), it won't be anywhere near as loud as your CPU fan + 6950 fan. IMHO, fanless PSUs are best for HTPC type systems with fanless GPUs. There is unlikely to be any reduction in noise if you pair a fanless PSU with a GPU like 6950 (relative to hybrid PSU).

No Problem, but not worth the premium cost since most Quality Power Supplies are not loud anyways.... especially if you have lots of wiggle room. 6950 Certainly would be heard over the PSU.
