For the past several nights (since I gave blood), my legs have been going crazy when I sleep. I have to move them, which gives me relief for five seconds, then I have to move them again. It sucks.
Last night, during one of my many 10-minute sleeping periods, I had a very vivid dream where I was told "You have to go take an iron pill to get your legs to stop moving." It was like an advertisement, showing me the bottle in my cabinet and everything.
So I woke up and went to the kitchen. I took an iron pill, drank some water, and about 45 minutes later I fell asleep for the rest of the night (morning, actually).
So today I look up RLS on Wikipedia and what does it say?

The most commonly associated medical condition is iron deficiency (specifically blood ferritin below 50µg/L[7]), which accounts for just over 20% of all cases of RLS.

Freaky.
