anyone here have problems with The Tax Club?

My dad's trying to use these people to file his taxes this year. He had all of his information in to them by the end of February, yet they just sent him something late this week about having to file an extension, and he can't reach anyone at the place...Anyone have problems with them? Somebody has dropped the ball and it seems your father is partly to blame for letting it get this late.
If your father prefers to file on time, then he needs to act pro-actively and get it done now.
TurboTax is excellent do it yourself software.

Otherwise, if his taxes are more complex, go find a CPA quickly. A new CPA that is willing to work the weekend. Most personal tax CPA's probably are willing to work the weekend due to the time of the year.

most tax accountants are already working today and have all their time booked up. just go with the extension and don't use them next year.

that's the problem, he's been on them for a couple months and they keep dodging him,

File for an extension, look in Hot Deals for Tax S/W and do it yourself over the next 4 months. After the extension, you have until mid August.
