I'm on dial-up at home and don't feel like sifting through Kaiser's website to find out..but my mom wants to pay her bills for Kaiser online with her banking account, anyone know if there's a place to do so?
 
I have Kaiser. I don't like it that much though. On a Saturday (which you think would be the busiest day of the week), I had to wait in on an ER bed for EIGHT HOURS for a doctor to come in and set my completely fractured right arm. They gave me NO PAINKILLERS while I was there, I broke my arm a bit before lunch and they wouldn't allow me to eat anything. And the lady in the same room (two patients per room with a curtain separating them) was moaning every 5 seconds.

Not to mention, they lost my X-Rays so I had to wait another hour after the doctor set my arm to make sure everything was fine.

Plus, if you ever schedule an appointment, they tell you to come 15 minutes before to check in, expect to wait 30+ minutes as their doctors are never on-time.
