Anyone here have Grande cable and internet?

I have Time Warner Cable internet and digital cable. The cable box has sucked, the dvr functions are laughable, and the HD channels don't always work. I've been happy with the internet, but with the possibility of bandwidth caps in the future, I have all the more reason to switch.

So, my guestion is for people with Grande. How is their cable box and dvr service? If possible, could you tell me what box you have?

I'm assuming their internet service is fine, yeah?

The Scientific Atlanta DVR's ARE a joke, but IIRC Grande uses the same models.

What you'll get with Grande that you don't get with TW is customer support. The max I've ever had to wait for a service call is 24-hrs.. but most of the time it's same day as the call if it's in the morning(even for installs).

That being said, TW has a better channel selection and faster Internet speeds.
