Anyone here have ecount?

I want to use this deal. I do not have a CC that has a one time use numbers. I do not want to go through the hassle of disputing the charges if they wont let me cancel the service easily, so I would like to use a CC # from ecount. Ecount wants to charge a $2 fee to add money to the account. I was wondering if anyone here has an ecount account with money in it and is willing to send me a dollar. I can send you a dollar back with paypal (from CC, or if you are willing to wait a few days, paypal funds). I don't know if this contitutes as fraud, money laundering or whatever. If it's illegal, please just lock this thread. Thanks.
