Anyone here have a Saitek X52 Flight Control System?

Did you have any problems getting your joystick to work? In that testing screen, should the crosshair for the X,Y axis move with the joystick?

I aks this because I can only get the thruster to work, and not the joystick. Which port do you plug the joystick into? Either the mouse or keyboard ps/2 port? Does it matter which one? It lights up when plugged in, but the game won't recognize it, only the thruster. What do you think I'm doing wrong?

Also, I bought the Microsoft 2004 flight simulator. It seems alrigt, but what would you recognize for combat games? Woul;d BF2 be the best?

you plug the joystick into the throttle. did you read the directions?

I read many times to try to find something that mentioned whjere to plug it into. I rmust have missed it if it was in there.
