My GF got me one for XMas, and I've finally set it up. It works fine, but the D-Pad is a little flaky (when I go to the control panel to see what's being inputted into the controller, I have to really lean on Up on the D-Pad to get it to register, and going left/right kinda makes the input jump to the diagonals)

Is this a known problem? I like the pad and would want to stick to it if this isn't a known issue. I'll just trade it for a new one if possible.

I have stopped buying Gravis equipment 3 years ago. It is just plain crap.

You would be better off with a Logitech device. Higher quality and way better drivers.
