anyone here go see Aerosmith in St Louis last night?

No, but I watched the storm roll through with my daughter while working on a project in the garage.

I heard about the delay this morning - did they really tell people to go back to their cars? Did Aerosmith play a full set after the delay?
 
I got home from the gym right before the shit hit the fan. They had a KSDK employee confirming telling people to get to their cars at the concert.

My dog was shitting bricks, that pansy.
 
3 doors down got their set in, the lightning kept getting closer and they put it up on the screens 'Severe Weather in the area' and it went on to say you can go to your car and wait it out and return with your ticket when it was past.

Then about 20 minutes later they came on the PA and told people it was probably best if they went to their cars, tuned to kmov/kmox? (forgot which one) and they would announce when Aerosmith would be ready to take the stage. Seemed to play a full set, got over about 11:50, so they played about 90 minutes I think. 3DD played one hour exactly. The lightning in the sky to the east added to the show lighting I think.

It sprinkled rain for most of their performance, but nothing major. They didn't play 'Dude Looks like a lady' The only downside.

There were a few tokers there last night too.
