Anyone here go rock climbing?

My gym has nice rock climbing and I've gotten into to it more. The problem is that the cheap harnesses that you rent there really dig into your groin area. I'm looking for some recommendations on a harness that would be more comfortable around the legs/groin area.

Any recommendations? Preferably from http://www.REI.com

well, how often do you climb or plan to climb? Any outdoor all day climbing? Multi-pitch?

budget? I've had a few harnesses when i was climbing, one of my favorite was the Metolius Safetec. My last harness was a Blackdiamond Momentum AL(adjustable leg loops) It's a very good value harness. Now if you really want something cool, looking into some higher end Misty Mountains, or a big wall harness. It's got more padding than a push up bra.

I personally hate REI, simply because they don't show/teach people how to use their harnesses. I used to work at a gym and there are people with their harness on inside out, backwards....it's like how did you even get that on?

so please make sure you at least follow the instructions. Most gym harness are simplified and are put on differently then other harnesses.
