Wow, i didn't recall it as being 34 more miles.

I helped put up cell towers all over that part of NorCal back in the mid 90s. Spent a lot of time pounding up/down those small 2-lane highways in a crane.

I was actually surprised that it was only 80-some miles. I thought it was 100 or more.

It's a beautiful area, you can still pan a little color in some of the creeks up there.
