A friend of mine from India once told me a story.
I want to look it up.
It was a bout a guy who tried 17 times to invade the continent before he succeeded.
Anyone know this one?

ROFLMAO No I meant the mughals, these people resided in central asia or Iran. My history is a little rusty on that but they were bad ass people.

maybe your right it might have been babar... I do recall him coming back 17 times.. or one of those mughals..

I know aurngazeb was the last great mughal and then after that it was a down fall as the british came in and took over.
