Was wondering if anyone caught his radio show this weekend.

He put a buy signal out in April and he timing was impeccable.

I am sure many people put out "buy signals" in april and were "right". I am sure many of them also put out buy signals over the past couple years as well, but no body is pointing those out.

In general, it is very tough to time the market (not impossible, bit tough). I wouldn't trust this one guy's word on it.
