Anyone here familiar with Red Deer, Alberta?

Try their website. The closest I've been is Edmonton which is further north.

Thanks, I've been there, just looking for anyone with more first-hand knowledge. I know there are guys here from Edmonton and Calgary areas, what can you guys tell me about the area?

Red Deer's a pretty nice city. Working class city with alot of people quite well off. Nice and clean from what I've seen. However you could describe alot of Alberta like that.

Mika would be someone to contact if you wanted a more first hand experience. He lives in Sherwood Park, and I think he used to live close to Red Deer.

Only drove through Red Deer on the way to BC. I don't remember much of it, except it was a tiny town.

Red Deer is a small city in south-central Alberta. I think of it mainly as the approximate halfway point between Calgary and Edmonton, but I'm sure in Red Deer they think of themselves differently.

I can tell you a bit more about the Province of Alberta if you'd like, or the country of Canada, but don't know much specifically about Red Deer.
