I've been experiencing anxiety problems for a while and I've done everything naturally, but nothing really seems to help. I altered my diet, exercise, stayed away from caffeine and other stimulants, which seems to have helped a little, but not fully. My doctor wants to put me on Cipralex. Anyone here have any experience with it? I'm generally against taking pills, but I don't think I have too many other options.
From what I've read so far, there is usually significant side effects for the first couple of weeks, but they eventually subside.
