Yes I have acutaly, though it was retrofitted with a rotary dial system inside.
The crank still rang the bell and whatnot. 🙂
I think My parents may still have it.

my Grandparents had a rotary phone in one of their rooms until about 1997 or 98. Still worked and weighed like 5 pounds.

Cool! I just ordered mine from New Egg! I read some really great reviews on that model -- it has custom ringtones and you can play games on it too! Just scratch a tic-tac-toe board into the varnish and your good to go. Can't wait till FedEx brings me mine!
