Anyone here ever used iPowerWeb for hosting? Thoughts?

Clicked the ad for them, and I rather like the features they offer. Has anyone here used them? How are they for customer service, speed, etc?

A friend of mine used to use them, but I convinced him to change web hosts. Speed is not that bad. But they have thousands of websites per machine. And only around 500 concurrent mysql connections. I'd recommend not going with them.

Sorry, I'm not quite sure what SQL is. What's it for?

I'm currently using Globalspacesolutions as my web host, but I'm looking for something cheaper.
