We used it - pretty good results. Wells Fargo came in with a stupid high offer, other than that, the others were OK. We had one company promise us a killer rate, and when it came down to brass tacks, they recanted, the guy that made the offer got canned, we had to complain to Lending Tree to pressure the company to give us back the $385.00 we spent on an appraisal. Overall - a good way to get offers, but not the ONLY place to get them.

The good part was the appraisal came in nearly 50k more than we paid for the house 2.5 yrs ago. 😀 😀
 
well i used lendingtree.com for my last car.

its great. we had the check in hand when looking for a car. makes buying it soo much better.
 
Sometime you get some shady company responding thru Lendingtree.com though. I guess you just need to weed them out. I started out with them, but end up going with a local company that's not part of Lendingtree.com
