Specifically Casa Dora Cava Brut? It's a really good (IMO) champagne (ok ok sparkling wine) from Spain. It's pretty inexpensive but has a very good flavor:

The grapes for Casa Dora are from old vine vineyards with a dry microclimate located in the Penedés region of Spain. This area of Spain in Southern Barcelona province has been producing Cava since the 19th century and produces 85% of all Cava. By law, D.O. Cava must be made in the Methode Champenois or Champagne Method and age a minimum of nine months on the lees before release. Casa Dora Cava NV Brut is aged an additional six months on the lees developing more concentrated and creamier flavors.

Not a wine fan. I buy MD wines exclusively. I like to support local vintners, and I like them ok. I don't care to take up wine as a hobby.

Cava is a great alternative to Champagne. In addition to being priced more reasonably overall, the different grapes that are used in Cava production tend to be lighter, crisper, slightly more mineral, and defintely more fruit forward.

no shit? Love that place. Haven't tried any of the expansions but the original in Rockville was really good.

yup, i've been there a dozen or so times and went there on valentines day with my wife. probably my favorite restaurant in the area, and not because i'm cool with one of the owners.

i've been to the one in clarendon and the one in rockville is a tad better imo. i actually like the homie feel to the rockville one better as well, and the food is a bit better. they have a chipotle-like fast food joint in bethesda which is also awesome, but it is a pain in the ass to get there because of the parking.
