I need to get a supplement that makes me more aggressive but at the same time does not slow me down. I've already eliminated creatine because I need to have a ton of running endurnace and the fact that creatine bulks you up would hurt that. I talked to the guys at GNC tonight and they said that my best bet would be Andro fuel.

Has anyone taken it? What are some of the side effects? I know that one is it makes you a little bit more horny since it increases testosterone throughout your body...anything else?

Is Andro a steroid? If so, stay the hell away, no questions asked. The way I see it, a proper diet is the ideal way to go. There's a reason after all, why supplements are called just that - they're to suplement in inadequate diet. So if you have a proper diet, I really don't see supplements as an answer for a non-Olympic athlete (if you are, or want to be, then avoid my advice;) )

The guys at GNC are just trying to sell you an expensive product. Get a healthy cookbook and that will benefit you more.

You should also consider the fact that increased testosterone makes your balls shrink, your breast area expand (eg like the guy in Fight Club), and acne to worsen.

Andro just raises your testosterone level up a bit to help build muscle. (I think) I believe chess9 knows a lot about it, try asking him for information. (BTW, it's banned in several sports - that should give you a hint as to wether or not you should take it :p )

Yeah, I just read that it is banned by the NFL, NCAA, and IOC...but I wonder why that is, if it is for health reasons or otherwise.

I use Androstene Dione. It's really not that expensive and I have found it very effective/useful. I take (3) 100 mg tablets about 1 Hr. before I am going to exercise. It makes you much more aggressive. Only side effects I have noticed are that it gives me a little bit of a stomach ache (once I eat some food, it tends to go away) and a little bit of acne but I think I can counteract that.

PM me if you want to talk more.

If you ask nice I could probably make you more agressive by calling you a dick head.

Yup, the one guy that talked sh!t to me and whacked me with his stick this weekend I completely steamrolled after I got subbed in. So much that I hit him at full speed (I was fresh, he had been in for a while) head on as he was going for a loose ball. Didn't even see me. He stopped dead in his steps and fell flat in his @$$. Serves the bitch right for talking sh!t to me.

But unfortunately for every once that happens I get mowed ten times *sigh*
