I was thinking of making a trip out there to check out the park on a weekend.

Providence Canyon State Park

I'm not having any luck finding a decent hotel though.

Seems like it might be kind of a shitty area and there really aren't any hotels that I can find with favorable reviews.

Anyone every been there and have a hotel they'd recommend?
