Anyone here ever buy or use an IBM Refurb laptop?

I have been looking at some of the deals available on IBM refurbs... namely this T22. I am just wondering if anyone here has purchased any of IBM's refurb units and what there impressions were of the machine such as looks (condition or signs of abuse, wear and tear), performance (dead pixels or other issues) and longevity...

Also wondering if anyone is familiar with the extended warranty offered by overstock.com... $45 for a two year extended warranty seems pretty low compared to most places, and wonder how good it might be...

I know desktop refurbs are a good deal. They should tell you about cosmetic defects, but not about what they had to fix. I wouldnt see why it would be any different for a notebook.
