Anyone here ever built their own battlebot?

I'm thinking about trying to build one, similar in design to that Panic Attack II on Robot Wars, with a co2 loaded axe and a circular saw coming out of the front 😛

How much time and money do those cost to make?

The robotics lab at my work is building one.

I think they're pretty expensive and time consuming to make. Battlebots.com has information on what you need to build one and where to get it.

I built one out of legos once.... then I dropped it. man, those were the days 😀
