www.gbahacker.com will be ready in a few weeks. There used to be a flashable cards and programmers sold at lik-sang.com. My roommate does it, I do xbox games. GBA looks really fun, but is a pain since you're limited a lot, or so he claims.

He is currently working on a personal project to translate NES-Roms -> GBA-Roms. That'd be cool.
