I'm helping my mom put together a new computer, and one of the things she must have is Office XP Pro. As this is an expensive piece of software, I was hoping as a teacher she could get some sort of decent discount.

As it turns it, it appears she (I guess I could too w/ a college id) can with JourneyEd. I've heard of this site before, so I assume it is at least somewhat reputable, but I don't see any feedback on it on resellerratings or the AT ratings site.

So, has anyone had good/bad experiences with them?

They've been around longer than probably most of the online-stores you visit. I remember when they were mail-order before the Internet boom.

Ah, that was my impression. I remember hearing about them quite a long time ago (although not back in the mail-order days). I just wanted to verify that they are reliable, but I guess if they've be around this long they are a pretty safe bet. 😉
