I'm getting this error when trying to work on a software project involving Sharepoint and a Google search of the error pretty much only shows a few links that look relevent, including a link to an Experts Exchange post that is almost exactly the error I'm receiving.

So I was wondering if someone could view the page for me if they have a membership... just this one. I didn't realize the membership was $100 a year! Better come with a free t-shirt or something.

If you would do this, you can offically be clamum's favorite ATOT member. *confirmed*

somehow they're always first or second on google whenever i search an error. Quite annoying. In the past, you used to be able to look at the answers for free, but they changed it recently.

Use the cached version. The cached version of EE still works. :p

The information you'll find in there is more than worth $100 a year. Otherwise yea, I'm a member. PM me with details.

I was told that changing your User Agent to Google bot lets you in for free. Get the Firefox user agent add-on, give it a shot and let us know.

Nice! Haha. I would but I don't have Firefox on this machine, just IE 7 and Opera.

Yeah I will probably just get an account there anyway. Probably would save me time rather than going through the other solutions that come up in a search.

Thank you very much for the offer hiromizu, but I did the cached version first and was able to view the solution. So I'm just gonna end up going a different route to find a solution to my problem cause after reading the post it looks like this one isn't the best solution.

Sweet. How up to date are the cached versions? What if you needed to post a question there?

I am not a ,e,ber but before they changed how the forums worked I went there ALL the time and the answers were top notch. If I end up with a job as a software dev I will def pay the $100 a year.

At my first job they paid for an account for us, which we used occasionally. When I moved to a different job I paid for my own account, which I never used. Or rather, I used it a few times for questions about Perl and/or Oracle and never got any responses. I've been able to solve any problem I can't figure out with some googling.

Likewise. There's usually not anything there I can't resolve elsewhere.

Yep, that's what I do.

I'll have to try that UserAgent thing... I used to have it installed.

I signed up for the trial account with a virtual credit card number. Then I closed the VCC number before the 7 days were up and they tried to charge my card. :)
