It was very easy to make lots of money when rates were really low. It's a lot tougher now.

Real estate agent means your living on every sale, no sale means you suk. And such and such.

And you got to be availible basically all daylight hours, can't passup showing off some house for a potential buyer. 6PM interuption with your family at the dinner table, anyone?

The potential for money is there. The money only comes if you deserve it....or are just one cunning liar.
