Not a customs lawyer, but I believe you can simply have your mule swallow a condom with the jewelry you want to bring in or have it implanted into her silcone implants. You shouldn't have too much of a problem except for disposing of the body.

Then get a broker if it's a good size shipment. Everybody else does.

They shepard the shipment through all the steps and put it in their warehouse and call you when it's ready for you to pick up.
