Anyone here a good designer?

I have a few projects I need work done on, including taking a .ai file (Adobe Illustrator?), making some changes to a design already begun, and splitting it up into HTML. This project is very important to me, so I need to find someone I can trust (it's a long story). Thought of asking AT first.

Sounds like you need a graphic designer, rather than a software designer. There was a poster here that made an Android Clock that was a graphic designer. Good luck to you.
