I just got counterstrike from a friend(original copy!) and he doesn't have the cd key for it....is anyone nice enough to let me use theirs if they don't play online much anymore? PM me w/ it so it doesn't get spread all over the net, thanks!

wiat a minute! you have a copied version! bad! bad! bad! j/k It doesn't matter is they still use it or not. I think the cdkey jsut allows you to activate the game. Anyways, I don't think this sort of thing is allowed on here. It's bordering on illegal.

why is it that you can download it for free off the net, but when you buy it you have to have the cd key? something doesnt make sense here...
