"You're talking like a man with a paper a**hole"

Someone I know says it quite often and for the life of me I cannot figure out what it means. I asked him but he would not tell me.
 
The only thing I can deduce from that is maybe the opposite of hard@$$? Breaking under pressure perhaps? Other than that, I couldnt say.
