How is the service? I just ordered it today. Are they reliable and always up? The reason why I went with them is because of the no cancelation fee, no initiation fee, no installation fee, and no modem fee. Also, they have static IPs and no limitations on speed because it depends on your fone line conditions and distance from the CO, not charging more for higher speeds..

So how's your service been?

I have telocity dsl also, i don't think it really affects us other than the name change, as for service, i live pretty far from the co so they capped my line at 384, i'm trying to get them to uncap it, but the connection has been stable and i avg about a 50 ping in online games

I have Telocity also. I'm stuck here because Verizon is worse, and I'm waiting for Roadrunner or RCN to hook up cable. Lets hope the name change also brings a service change. It's inconsistent, laggy, and the customer service is horrible. OTOH, one big plus is the complete news server.
