anyone heard of westminster college (ut)?

on usnews it's ranked fifteenth among western college's offering master's degrees and third for best value but I don't know how it compares with colleges that offer doctoral degrees, such as brigham young university and university of utah, which I'm also considering. I do know that it costs about twice as much... any info would be appreciated. are there other rankings that I could look?

One of my friends goes there for choir - they have amazing choirs - they're playing Carnegie Hall soon.
