Anyone Heard of this Place? Or Worked There?

Offered a co-op position at CDM for May until end of December of 07. Lots of benefits for coop like paid vacation and sick days, 401k, commute reimbursement, etc. They are also looking to hire me full time after i graduate. I'm EE/Engr Mgmt minor btw. I asked to work on instrumentation and controls.
