are they a 80's band or something, cause this song is a trance song.very nice i might add...

U sure? i looked it up on audiogalaxy, and power of love is indeed by frankie. i was listening to their sampled song, in a trance song tho.


do they have any more hits? they seem really nice to listen. I was singing along hehe...

 
IF I look really hard at home, I could probably find that album on tape. Frankie did have a song by that name and it wasn't that bad. I still ocassionally listen to old Frankie. Brings back memories I should probably try to forget.
 
The song "Power Of Love" is from the same album as "Relax" from the album "Welcome to the Pleasuredome". Jeez, you guys are making me feel old. "Relax" was a popular song in my sophmore year in H.S. Anybody else remember the t-shirts that said "Frankie say" with RELAX in huge letters across the front?

I hate to break to it everyone, but the song was about relaxing one's ...ahem... rear sphincters ...&quot;when you wanna come&quot;... or at least that was the mid-80's interpretation. 😉
 
This leads me wondering, there was the 80s really that bad in music as everyone makes it to be?


What genre was frankie goes to hollywood? This is prolly a sample of his voice, but damn... he has a pretty soothing voice...
