I am just a techy at a web-hosting company and I have a receive quite a few message from people saying that Internet Seer, reports that their website was down for 30 hours!!! Our servers logs show no down time and I was logged into my own site at this time and suffered no problems and I am on the same server as the people complaining. Is this a reputable site? Do they report their own possible downtimes so that client don't get confused? I would like to have some hard evidence that the problem was on internetseers problem and not ours.

 
I've been using Internet Seer for a while and haven't had a reported outage since 7/15 and oly for 29 minutes.
I honestly don't know much about the service and am just using it because it's free.
 
I am wondering more about reported outage that wasn't acutally outage. I just found it really strange that a handful of customers all got reports of 30 hours of downtime! We would have had hundreds of people wanting to kill us if that happened.
