Anyone heard of CACJE Opteron 144 stepping?

I got 250x11 with 2x512 Crucial Ballistix PC-4000 @ 2.5-3-3-8 1T with stock volts on the first try, prime and memtest stable. I've been able to get the FSB as high as 280 by increasing vcore and slackening timings and keeping the 1:1 intact and temps aren't noticably higher than 3-4C overall. I'm sticking with the speed in my sig because I'm comfortable with the performance and temperature. . . for now.

this is wher i hope to be as the 400 mem does not like to higher that about 520 if that this would give me a nice little boost in perfor

well finally hit my wall at 2.65 at stock volts, going to leave it at this till I get some better memory and video card after than I might look into the voltage hack on my 939dual to go for 2.8

Hi to you all

I'm thinking of hands dirty with my first bit of overclocking, any advice on which Opteron and stepping I should go for out of the following:

144 CAB2E 0546
144 CAB2E 0548
146 CACJE 0546
146 CAB2E 0548

Seems these are the only 144s and 146s left to buy online in the UK. Thanks.
