Anyone heard of an ASUS A7V-E?

Ive seen the price and limited info on a distributors pricelist. From what i can gather, it must be using the VIA 686B southbridge, cause it supports ATA100, but only has 2 IDE headers, so doesnt have the extra onboard IDEcontroller.
It is a fair bit cheaper than the standard A7V.

I cant find mention of it on ASUS's website.. any clues anyone?
 
The ASUS A7V-E is a VIA KT133 board with 2 DIMMs for up to 1GB of PC133/VCM memory support, 6 PCI slots, 1 AGP 4x slot (not AGP Pro), optional Creative CT5880 PCI audio, optional Realtek RTL 8139C 100/10Mbps LAN controller.

Unlike the A7V, it does not have an AMR slot, and uses the VIA 686B South Bridge for ATA100 support.

It is an entirely new design over the original A7V, and supposedly priced very attractively.

I don't like only 2 DIMM slots though.
